#42 "TED"

I've been listening to a few TED talks lately, fascinating the info you can get in 20 minutes.  This TED is shyly resting on the park bench off ridgecrest with Kaspar just watching the cars go by.  TED is a fairly standard type guy, but would really like to have someone to talk with him.

#41 Gaggle of talkers

Many faces have been commiserating on the tomato cage and now they are all ready for the neighborhood and looking to find homes.  Get ready neighbors we are coming.  I am happy to say this little blog project is a lesson in being incognito.  Come to find out no one reads or looks @ silly blogs from unknown people who have nothing to say.   There is plenty of room and time to blab, blah, and blunder on.  Really a very comforting thought.

#40 O "Jasper"

Jasper while looking for Connie who is still contemplating where she is, found a cubbie hole in the fence and decided it was safe and cozy and thought he might stay for a while.

#39 " Constance" confused

Constance waiting for Spring and new growth @ the community garden on Ross or like Connie contemplating death on Columbia.  Both have strong connections to the ground. Very confusing it all is.

#36 "Mr. Pignorous"

Walking down Wellesley on this finally slightly warmer day.  Mr. Pignorous looks over and sees the sweetest chairs in someones front yard and brazenly sits down.  He decides to stay.  This is the first time any face has landed on private property.

#35 "Grayson"

Grayson feeling less blue on this clear cold day. Watching a few silly golfers at the end of Richmond at the Puerta Del Sol golf course. Look @ Grayson in the light he's for sure less grey. Looking forward to Spring. Although I do believe we'll have more cold days.

#34 "Brave Heart"

Brave Heart hanging from a tree on the corner of Aliso and Pershing. Coldest day of the year so far. BRRR 29 degrees in the middle of the day and that is without the wind chill.  On the upside look at that beautiful blue sky.

Sir Fernando on the picnic table @ Hyder park, clear, cold, quiet day.

# 32 In honor of "Jean" aka "Biz"

Biz, waiting on the park bench @ Sasser Green Park.  Just like Biz to socialize in the park, she talks to everyone, always a kind word. And if you take Biz home just know that she likes to be talked to daily.  In fact the chatter doesn't even have to make sense, just talk to her.

#31 "Happy" New Year

"Happy" New Year 2013.  Cold Brisk day out for a New Years walk and we got caught.   Thanks for taking Happy home, our New Year's gift to you.  It's fun to have great neighbors.

#30 Christmas "Oxford"

Oxford hanging with the Christmas trees on the corner of Aliso and Burton.  Freezing cold day, hoping to get taken home before the new year and temperatures drop so low that I shatter.

#29 Hangin @ Studio L in old town

5 Faces are on display @ Studio L 306 San Felipe Street NW in old town.  They are waiting to be taken home by someone, hopefully from the international community who is attending the Balloon Fiesta.  "Curly" top left, "Bailey" top right, "Bear" bottom left, "Chloe" bottom middle, and "Blue Boy" bottom right.  How cool would that be for the faces to travel.

#28 "Oscar" Crackle Cheeks

Oscar Crackle Cheeks is sitting on the window sill outside of Zynergy on Silver.  Oscar really wants to be hung in a window to get the full effect of the sun blazing through his crackled cheeks.   On the window sill was a tiny computer chip and Oscar was happy to take its place and the chip jumped in my back pocket for a ride home to my studio to be worked into some obscure piece of art.
